HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We offer Delivery within 24 to 36 Hours when the order is confirmed before 6: pm

We make it very simple. Please login to your zaibis.com login account and go to MY ACCOUNT. You can see all your order related information there.

I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request for return by following these steps:
Please make sure to contact us within 3 Days from the day your order is delivered.
Ensure that the item is in its original packaging, unworn and in the same condition you received it.
You will need to pay the shipping charges for Receiving or Returning. If you order for more than 1000 AED then the shipping charges are free, but in case you want to return the item or any of the product from your order, the shipping charges for your return will be deducted from your refundable amount and the remaining amount will be deposited into your Login Wallet Account. We don’t have Cash refund policy.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM AFTER 3 DAYS?

The items cannot be returned after 5 Days however, there may be situations in which you were not able to return items, in such cases please contact our CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM (+971 55 152 6977) or through the CONTACT US page and file a complaint.

I PAID CASH ON DELIVERY, HOW CAN I RECEIVE REFUND FOR AN ITEM?

COD (Cash on delivery) order Refund amount will deposit to your zaibis.com Wallet Account. And you can only use it for your next order.
